How It Works

Evolv’s easy-to-use software and ongoing technical support take the guesswork out of ordering printer supplies for any original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Our secure monitoring platform continuously monitors toner levels, page counts, and device status across your printer fleet.

Data Collection Agent

As part of the implementation process, Evolv Solutions remotely installs a secure data collection agent on your network. The software continuously gathers printer meter reads, toner supply levels, and device status information, enabling automated supply fulfillment, proactive monitoring, and accurate fleet reporting.

Auto-Replenishment

Every printer in your fleet is configured with intelligent, device-specific reorder thresholds based on actual usage.  Once a toner cartridge reaches its predetermined level, our automated system immediately initiates a replacement order.

Communication

As part of our Managed Print Services program, you’ll receive automated email alerts when toner levels become low, along with order confirmations once replacement supplies have been scheduled for shipment.
